  • Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Convenient ordering by telephone, email, fax, mail and online.
  • Most U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days, Monday through Friday.  
  • Most international orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days, Monday through Friday.
  • Convenient payment options including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners, and American Express.  Checks and money orders (payable in U.S. dollars) are also accepted.  A secure payment link via email is also available upon request.
  • Flexible shipping options including standard and expedited services via USPS and Federal Express. 
  • Shipments can be sent to hotels but an additional fee may be added to your order.  

International Orders

We ship our products throughout the world. It is important that you are aware of the Customs policies for your particular country before ordering.  We encourage you to check with your Customs office to see if your country allows the import of our products.

Unless noted, please be aware that our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. You are responsible for any duties and taxes or other customs fees associated with your shipment.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, a product is not allowed into the country by customs, or the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges billed to International Nutrition, Inc. for the return of the package.  Additional fees may also be charged relating to warehouse fees, quarantine fees, etc.  Contact us directly for details.

If a package is stopped by customs because the products are not allowed into the country and the package is abandoned, International Nutrition, Inc. will not credit the customer for the order.

Return Policy

International Nutrition is committed to your total satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs).  Please note the following simple requirements:

All Nutrivene brands come with an unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our Nutrivene products for any reason, just return the unused portion to us for a full refund within 6 months from the date of purchase.

All other products (not Nutrivene brands):

UNOPENED products are to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase.

OPENED products must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund.

Books, DVDs, and CDs are not returnable.

We are unable to accept returns of compounded drugs or non-sealed prescription drugs due to Federal regulations. Certain restrictions also apply to custom formulations.

Errors in your order or products damaged in shipping should be reported to us immediately for prompt correction. We are not responsible for shipping errors created by incorrect address information provided by our customers. Please review all information carefully prior to submitting orders to us.

Before making any returns, contact us at 1-800-899-3413 or email us at ask@nutrivene.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include your name, address, and the merchandise being returned, along with the reason for the return. The authorization number should be included in the return shipment.
