We ship Nutrivene and other products throughout the world. It is important that you are aware of the Customs policies for your particular country before ordering. We encourage you to check with your Customs office to see if your country allows the import of our products.
Please be aware that our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. You are responsible for any duties and taxes or other customs fees associated with your shipment.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, a product is not allowed into the country by customs, or the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges billed to International Nutrition, Inc. for the return of the package. Additional fees may also be charged relating to warehouse fees, quarantine fees, etc. Contact us directly for details.
If a package is stopped by customs because the products are not allowed into the country and the package is abandoned, International Nutrition, Inc. will not credit the customer for the order.
