Suggested Use: Initial use for the first week, take 1/2 a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow. If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge. Take as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
