Adult (ages 16 years and older) daily supplement contains over 40 vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants including Zinc, Selenium, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Glutathione, Bioflavonoids, Vitamins A, C, and E.  
 
Some nutrients may aid in the metabolic disturbances in Down syndrome (1,2,3,4,5). These metabolic disturbances are thought to include the disruption of methylation pathways (SAM cycle), connective tissue issues which result in hypotonia, and the overexpression of the superoxide dismutase gene which may cause oxidative stress and accelerated aging.
