NuTriVene-D Complete Program (Powder Form)

The Nutrivene-D Complete Program includes the newly reformulated Daily Supplement, Daily Enzyme, and NightTime Formula.  
 
The Nutrivene-D Advanced Antioxidant Daily Supplement contains over 40 vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants including Zinc, Selenium, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Glutathione, Bioflavonoids, Vitamins A, C, and E.  
 
The Nutrivene-D Daily Enzyme contains digestive enzymes including Amylase (breaks down carbohydrates), Cellulase (breaks down fibers found in fruits and vegetables), Lactase (breaks down milk sugar), and Lipase (aids in fat digestion).  
 
Nutrivene-D NightTime Formula contains Ornithine, L-Tryptophan, and Vitamin B6. Ornithine is an amino acid that may aid in the release of growth hormone, L-Tryptophan is used to produce serotonin, a neurotransmiatter that transfers nerve impulses from one cell to another and is responsible for normal sleep. Tryptophan may also enhance the release of growth hormone. Vitamin B6 is required by the central nervous system and is needed for brain development.  
 
Some nutrients may aid in the metabolic disturbances in Down syndrome (1,2,3,4,5). These metabolic disturbances are thought to include the disruption of methylation pathways (SAM cycle), connective tissue issues which may result in hypotonia, and the overexpression of the superoxide dismutase gene which may cause oxidative stress and accelerated aging.
