Carlson Vitamin K2

Research suggests that vitamin K2 promotes a healthy cardiovascular system as well as promotes healthy bones and cartilage.*  
 
One capsule of Carlson Vitamin K2 contains 5 mg of Vitamin K2 (as menatetrenone). Other ingredients include cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica, vegetable stearin, gelatin capsule.  
 
Directions: Adults take one capsule daily at mealtime.
