Jarro-Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and colonizes the intestines.* FOS is a natural fiber that enhances the growth of beneficial probiotic bacteria.*  
 
Each capsule of Jarro-Dophilus + FOS contains 680 million of Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011, 680 million of Lactobacillus casei R0215, 340 million of Lactobacillus plantarum, R1012, 680 million of Lactobacillus acidophilus R0052, 680 million of Bifidobacterium longum BB536 (Morinaga strain), 340 million of Bifidobacterium breve R0070, 210 mg of FOS (FructoOligoSaccharies), and 1 mg of Vitamin C at time of manufacture. Also contains Maltodextrin, tapioca starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and tricalcium phosphate. Capsule consists of gelatin.  
 
Contains: Dairy (milk) and soy (in trace amounts).  
 
No wheat, no gluten, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.  
 
Suggested Usage: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with water and a meal. For infants and children, open capsules and mix contents with water, unheated liquids such as fruit juices or foods. Or, take as directed by your qualified health care consultant.  
 
Note: Color of product naturally varies from white to tan.  
 
Keep product in refrigerator or freezer.
